We recommend reaching out 1-2 months ahead for custom cakes. The calendar often books up 1-2 months out, and some weeks fill faster than others, so earlier is always better, especially for weddings and larger events.
Pricing depends on size and complexity. Custom cakes start at $150 for a single tier layer cake, and multi-tier cakes start at $250. Visit the Menu & Pricing page for a full breakdown by size, or submit an order form for an exact quote.

Yes, though change requests must be submitted at least two weeks before your event and are approved on a case-by-case basis. We'll always do our best to accommodate.
Deposits are non-refundable. Because each cake is custom-made for your event and because we likely had to turn away other orders to make sure we had time and room to devote to your order, all sales are final. However, if your event is cancelled or postponed (because sometimes, life happens!), please let us know ASAP and we can consider moving your order to another date, or providing options to freeze your cake/cupcakes (depending on availability if you let us know within two weeks of the event date).
Delivery can be requested at booking for orders above $300 and is subject to availability and an additional charge based on location. Otherwise, free pickup is available in Lafayette Hill, PA, with your pickup window confirmed in advance.
Please reach out as soon as possible at whiskworthtasting@gmail.com. Orders not picked up within the agreed window may be forfeited without a refund, so prompt pickup is important.
Absolutely, inspiration photos are always welcome. Every cake is handmade, so while we won't duplicate a photo exactly (including our own past creations), we'll capture the spirit of what you love.
